All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it is subject to the terms stated at sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your account will convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Platform — including but not limited to the Metrana name, logo, interface, and documentation — are the property of Metrana or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your data remains your own. You grant Metrana a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metrana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms
